Wellness Exams
We strive to provide the highest quality of care for all ages of pets. Wellness visits allow us to build a better relationship with your pet while assessing their overall health with a thorough physical exam. This also provides you with an opportunity to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your pet. We care about your pets, and as they get older we want to help you plan for adjustments they may require.

An important step in maintaining the health of our animals is feeding a safe and balanced diet. Dietary requirements differ with age, activity level, breed, illness, and body condition scores. Our staff is knowledgeable and ready to help you decide what food is best for your pet. We carry a large variety of maintenance foods and prescription diets from both Hillís Science Diet and Purina ProPlan. Diet is one of the easiest variables to control in achieving ideal patient health; ask us which diet may be right for your pet.

In addition to the routine service of spaying and neutering, we also perform orthopedic procedures and soft tissue surgeries (mass removals, injury repair, etc.). The morning of the procedure, our staff will discuss a variety of pre- and post-surgical options available to customize your petís care and needs. Each patient is intubated and maintained by inhalational anesthesia while their vital signs are monitored by the surgeon and technical staff using specialized electronic monitoring equipment. In order provide the best care possible for your pet, we strongly recommend pre-operative blood work and post-operative pain management.

Oral disease is the number one health problem among dogs and cats, with as many as 80 percent of pets having oral disease by age three. Regular dental cleanings not only alleviate your petís bad breath, but also allow us to remove tartar, identify and treat tooth decay, fractures and gingivitis. While under anesthesia, we clean the teeth (using an ultrasonic scaler), polish and treat with fluoride. Any dental extractions or minor oral surgery can be done at this time as well. We provide ďBefore & AfterĒ pictures so you can see the improvement to your petís smile.

Digital Radiology
Our digital radiology service provides us with high-quality images of what is going on inside your pet. With digital image processing, we are able to use low levels of radiation and adjust images to give us the best possible radiograph. We are able to easily share and review your petís radiographs with you, zooming in on trouble-spots to make diagnoses and treatment plans sooner.

Laser Therapy
Laser therapy is a non-invasive treatment option for a variety of disorders including: infection, soft tissue trauma, arthritis and joint pain, wounds, and post-operative pain. Our K-Laser system improves local circulation to deliver oxygen and remove waste products from tissue more rapidly. With more oxygen available to tissues, cells are able to produce more energy to promote faster healing.

In-House Laboratory
Our practice offers advanced in-house diagnostics to ensure rapid, accurate results. We offer comprehensive blood work options for surgical patients, sick visits, and monitoring purposes. The ability to obtain results quickly from CBC, chemistry and electrolyte panels or monitor glucose and fructosamine levels, allows us to better evaluate and treat your pets in one visit. For more advanced testing, our hospital is supported by Idexx Laboratories.

Pharmacy & Pet Supplies
Our on-site pharmacy allows carries a large variety of medications for treating your pet and makes prescription refills easy. For your convenience, we carry a variety of products for grooming, nutritional supplements, treats and dental chews. The selection of Animal Pharmaceutical grooming supplies include general and medicated shampoos, conditioners, ear cleaners and body sprays. We also carry a variety of stylish Lupine leashes and collars for your dogs and cats.

Bathing & Grooming
Our baths are a complete spa treatment. During your petís day at the spa, we trim their nails, express anal glands, clean ears, bathe, blow dry and brush out their loose hair. We use an aloe and oatmeal shampoo and conditioner that is hypoallergenic and formulated to leave your petís coat healthy, soft and fresh.
